Return Policy
If you’re not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your package. Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
How to Request a Return
- Contact our support team.
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We will confirm the return address and further instructions
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be issued
Refund Conditions
- Refunds apply to the product value only (shipping costs are non-refundable)
- Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were sent
- Opened, used, or damaged products cannot be refunded
- We do not issue refunds for non-delivery due to incorrect address input
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your package arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include a photo and your order number — we’ll resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following cannot be returned:
- Mushroom grow kits (once shipped)
- Truffles
- Opened tea or herbal packages
- Vape pens once opened
Refund Timeline
Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, refunds are issued within 5 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to reflect.
