Return Policy

If you’re not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your package. Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact our support team.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We will confirm the return address and further instructions
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be issued

Refund Conditions

  • Refunds apply to the product value only (shipping costs are non-refundable)
  • Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were sent
  • Opened, used, or damaged products cannot be refunded
  • We do not issue refunds for non-delivery due to incorrect address input

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your package arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include a photo and your order number — we’ll resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following cannot be returned:

  • Mushroom grow kits (once shipped)
  • Truffles
  • Opened tea or herbal packages
  • Vape pens once opened

Refund Timeline

Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, refunds are issued within 5 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to reflect.
