Shipping & Delivery
Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 working days after payment is received. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.
Shipping Regions
We currently ship to most countries within the European Union. At checkout, you will be notified if shipping is available to your destination.
Packaging
All orders are packed in plain, unmarked packaging. There are no logos, product names, or identifying features on the outside. Discretion is standard.
Tracking
All shipments include tracking numbers. Once dispatched, you can follow your package through the carrier’s website. We do not offer untracked shipping options.
Delivery Time Estimates
Please note: these are estimates and may vary due to customs, postal delays, or high-volume periods.
- Netherlands: 1–2 business days
- EU (standard): 3–7 business days
- Remote EU areas: Up to 10 business days

Delays or Issues
If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated time frame, please check your tracking number. If no update is available after 7 days, contact us with your order number and we’ll assist you.
